Concrete Repair
Cracks, spalling, sunken slabs and broken edges fixed — or replaced when that's the honest answer
Not every bad slab needs to come out. A driveway with one settled panel, a walk with a trip edge, steps with the nosing broken off, a patio surface spalling from the sprinklers, a garage floor with cracks but a solid base — these can be repaired, and repair is a fraction of the cost of replacement. We cut out and re-pour the panels that have failed, grind down trip hazards, patch spalled surfaces with a bonded overlay, rebuild broken steps and edges, and route and seal cracks so water stays out of the base. And when a slab is too far gone — heaved everywhere, sunk into a washout, crumbling from bad concrete — we say so and price the replacement instead.
