Courtyards & Patios

Patios, lanai floors, pool decks and courtyards built for Florida living

Free EstimateSarasota & the Gulf Coast · Open 7 Days

Half the year in Sarasota is spent outside, and a courtyard or patio is where that happens. We pour new patios off the back of the house, extend the lanai floor so the screen cage can grow, replace the pavers that never stayed level with a single sealed slab, build pool decks with the right fall away from the water, and lay out enclosed front courtyards behind a wall or a gate. Plain broom finish, exposed shell aggregate, a coloured slab or a full stamped pattern — the concrete is the same underneath, and it is built to sit on Florida sand without settling. We coordinate with your pool, screen-enclosure and pergola contractors so the slab is ready when they are.

Our Process

1

Design

Size, shape, finish and how it ties into the house, the pool and the doors. We sketch it on site.

2

Quote

One price for demo, base, concrete, finish and cleanup, with the finish options priced side by side.

3

Build

Formed, reinforced, poured and finished in a morning — stamped and coloured the same day if that is the look.

4

Finish

Joints cut, sealer applied, the yard raked back. Furniture goes out in about a week.
