A lot of concrete jobs start with something in the way. We take down the shed or the carport on the pad that is being replaced, the block wall or the planter that is coming out for the new patio, the old pool deck and coping, the storm-damaged outbuilding, the retaining wall that has leaned over, the stoop and steps that are being rebuilt. Small-structure and hardscape demolition, done carefully next to the house you are keeping, with everything sorted, loaded and hauled off and the site left clean and graded. If a permit is needed for the tear-down we tell you up front and handle the paperwork with the pour.

Power and water to the structure confirmed off before anything is touched.

Take Down

Dismantled or pushed over, depending on what is next to it, and loaded as we go.

Clear

Slab out if it is going too, ground graded, nothing left but the footprint.
